Alkaneez Privacy Policy

Information used by the service
- Account and profile details you provide, including name, email addresses, phone numbers, address, country, nationality, profile photo and optional social profile information.
- Membership applications, payment references and payment-proof uploads, orders and delivery details, direct referrals, rewards, wallet balances and transaction records.
- Bank account, IFSC, UPI or wallet details you provide for withdrawals, and support requests or other content you submit.
- Session cookies and technical request information, such as IP address, browser/app information and service logs, used for login, security and troubleshooting.
Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, process membership applications and payments, fulfil orders, manage eligible referrals and rewards, review withdrawals, provide support and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Optional profile information is used for the features for which you provide it.
Service providers and sharing
Information needed to operate the service may be processed by hosting, payment, delivery and communication providers and authorized Alkaneez staff. Checkout providers, including Razorpay where offered, process payment information under their own policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to investigate fraud. Member referral and community features display information associated with those features; avoid putting private information in public posts.
Android access and cookies
If you connect Phantom, we verify a one-time wallet-ownership signature and store your public wallet address with your account. We do not ask for your personal wallet's recovery phrase or private key. Jupiter handles optional market swaps through your wallet; Phantom and Jupiter operate under their own policies. Wallet addresses, swaps and token transfers recorded on Solana are publicly visible and cannot be erased from the blockchain by deleting your Alkaneez account.
The app uses an internet connection and a WebView to access the website. Login and checkout use cookies. Files or photos are selected through the system document picker when you choose to upload them; the app does not request broad storage, contacts or location access. Signing out clears the app's website session. External payment apps and links have their own privacy practices.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while needed to provide your account and services. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data through our account-deletion page, without signing in. Alkaneez processes deletion requests within 24 hours. We verify account ownership before deleting data and contact you if additional information is needed.
We delete the account and associated profile information that is no longer required. Limited order, payment, withdrawal or security records may be retained where required for accounting, legal obligations, disputes or fraud prevention, for the applicable required period. Any exception and the applicable retention period will be explained in the response to your request. Backup copies expire through the backup lifecycle and are not used to reactivate deleted accounts.
Your choices and support
You can update available profile fields within your account and contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Do not email passwords, authentication codes, full card details or unnecessary identity documents. If we need to verify a request, we will explain the minimum information required.
